These Terms of Service govern your use of ArcLume, operated by Rowan Inc. By using ArcLume, you agree to these terms.
Service Description
ArcLume is an AI-powered project planning tool that generates epics, stories, and implementation code from meeting transcripts and written briefs, using connected GitHub repositories for codebase context.
Account Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
- You must provide accurate information when creating your account
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the service
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service to generate malicious code or content
- Attempt to access other users' data or repositories
- Reverse-engineer or scrape the service
- Exceed rate limits or abuse the API
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to your code, transcripts, and generated output. ArcLume does not claim ownership of any content you provide or that is generated on your behalf. We do not use your code or generated content to train AI models.
AI-Generated Content
Content generated by ArcLume (epics, stories, code) is produced by AI and should be reviewed before use. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of generated content for any particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and testing all generated code before deploying it.
Payment Terms
- Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service downtime.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time, which will permanently remove your data within 30 days.
Limitation of Liability
ArcLume is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
